Job DescriptionHeavy Machine Operator – Concrete Block & Paver ProductionWEEKLY PAY: $26-27/HR + OT
Job Description: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (OT on Fridays in the Spring) // Swing Shift 12:00PM-9:00PM
The Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the RH2000‑4 block and paver production machine. This role involves daily machine setup, operation, basic troubleshooting, and quality checks to ensure production runs smoothly and products meet company standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the RH2000‑4 system, including batching, molds, curing racks, and pallet handling.
- Complete daily startup and shutdown procedures.
- Adjust machine settings such as vibration, fill height, cycle times, and press pressure to maintain product quality.
- Watch automated controls and respond to alarms or performance issues.
Essential Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating automated manufacturing or heavy industrial equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret machine schematics and production data.
- Experience in machine operation, general labor, heavy equipment operation, and concrete construction.
- Familiarity with the RH2000‑4, heavy equipment, and excavators.

Work Environment
The work environment is loud and dusty, with average temperatures ranging from 75-80 degrees in the plant, but conditions are never too intense climate-wise.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
