Responsibilities
Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
Assisting clients in understanding their insurance policies and options.
Providing comprehensive support for claims processing and follow-up.
Maintaining accurate and updated records of client interactions and transactions.
Cross-referencing internal databases to verify information and continually provide customized advice.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
Licensing: Preferably hold an active insurance license in Michigan.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service or insurance consulting is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focused: Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service and support.
