Your Role
As an experienced CPA, you’ll manage a diverse client portfolio and handle complex financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance work. You’ll also guide junior staff and contribute to process improvements and firm development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Provide tax planning and consulting services
- Conduct reviews and compilations
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely communication
- Lead, mentor, and train junior team members
- Stay current on industry regulations and best practices
Qualifications
- Active CPA license (required)
- 5+ years of relevant public accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, UltraTax, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
