We are seeking a leader who can step in, take ownership, and help move the business forward with urgency, structure, and accountability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and oversee tax preparation and accounting workflows
- Manage deadlines, priorities, and overall team productivity
- Review work for accuracy, compliance, and quality
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients on tax and accounting matters
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Support and develop team members through coaching and guidance
- Ensure systems, workflows, and documentation are organized and scalable
- Collaborate with leadership on operational and strategic initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING
- 5 or more years of experience in public accounting or a related field
- Strong tax and accounting expertise
- Experience reviewing work and managing workflows
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
Preferred (not required):
- CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
PRE-EMPLOYMENT ASSESSMENTS (REQUIRED AND PAID)
To ensure the right fit for this role, candidates will complete two paid assessments prior to hiring:
- Bank Reconciliation Test
- Senior Tax Associate Test
Both assessments are compensated for your time.
