About the Role

In this customer-facing role, you’ll help bridge the gap between our brand and our audience — coordinating live activations, supporting community events, and ensuring consistent, engaging brand experiences. If you’re organized, outgoing, and eager to grow your marketing career, this role offers a hands-on introduction to the fast-paced world of brand marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, community events, and pop-up activations.

  • Represent the brand at live events — engaging with customers, answering questions, and sharing product or service information.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event and marketing goals with overall brand strategy.

  • Assist with social media content creation, local promotions, and campaign tracking.

  • Manage event and marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints.

  • Collect and organize customer feedback and event insights to help improve future marketing efforts.

  • Contribute creative ideas for new activations and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
