Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support through various channels including email, chat, and phone.
• Assist online content creators with inquiries related to platform use and features.
• Resolve customer complaints and offer effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on best practices for utilizing the platform effectively.
• Document customer interactions to ensure a seamless support experience.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• A genuine passion for helping online content creators succeed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with online content creation platforms is a plus.
