How you'll contribute to our Partner's success:
As a Formulation Chemist, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing fertilizer formulations from concept through commercialization. You will ensure all products meet regulatory standards and align with performance expectations.
- Product Development & Testing: Design and refine granular, liquid, and slow-release fertilizer products using lab analysis and performance trials.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure formulations meet customer needs and manufacturing capabilities.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain testing records and ensure all formulations meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Technical Support: Provide expertise to internal teams and customers regarding product compatibility and application.
