We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional (Family, Children, And Individuals to join our team!

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team. This position will focus on providing therapeutic services to families, children, and individuals. The ideal candidate will have experience in diverse therapeutic modalities and be comfortable working in both in-office and telehealth settings. This role is critical in helping our clients navigate their mental health challenges and achieve personal growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.
Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Stay current with advancements in the field and continue to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent in [VA].
Minimum experience working with families, children, and individuals in a therapeutic setting.
Proficiency in telehealth platforms and comfortable providing remote therapy.
Strong understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and family systems therapy.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, written and organizational skills.
Familiarity with community mental health resources
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.
