A full-time paraprofessional opportunity is available in San Jose, CA, supporting students in a school setting. This contract position involves working both in self-contained classrooms and assisting higher-functioning students through specialized academic instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in self-contained classroom settings to students with varying needs
- Deliver specialized academic instruction to higher-functioning students
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement individualized learning plans
- Assist with classroom management and daily student activities
Qualifications:
- Experience as a paraprofessional or similar role in educational settings
- Ability to work effectively with students who have diverse academic and behavioral needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to supporting student learning and development
Work Schedule and Location:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday
- Hours: 8:10 AM to 3:20 PM
- Location: San Jose, California
