Customer Service Representative – Financial Services (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Fully Onsite)
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
We are hiring a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a financial services operation in Minneapolis, MN. This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire role offering professional training, steady schedules, and long-term career growth potential.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and service inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide general account and customer support
- Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
- Resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters as needed
- Follow service standards, company procedures, and compliance guidelines
- Meet quality and productivity performance expectations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask while working across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
