Position: Patient Care Coordinator

Our team of experienced audiologists and healthcare professionals work collaboratively to offer comprehensive and compassionate care. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors. Our small clinic is a great fit for someone who enjoys a collaborative team, working directly with the on-site audiologist.
What You’ll Do:
- Making outbound calls and contacts to existing patients to schedule their follow-up appointments
- Closely monitoring patient communications to ensure all contacts have been returned in a timely manner (texts, emails, and calls)
- Greet patients with a smile, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently
- Verify patient information and insurance details accurately
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Collaborate effectively with medical staff and colleagues to ensure seamless patient care
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing phone calls
