Job Title: Laboratory Technician (USC/GC Only)

Pay Rate: $25/HR

Duration: 12 months

Location: Rocky Hill, CT

Shift: 8 am - 5 pm.

We are looking for a Laboratory Technician (USC/GC Only).

• Safely conducts laboratory work, including the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adherence to site safety practices, use of laboratory equipment, 5S, etc
• Executes adhesives formulation prep, testing, and generates test data, documentation, and laboratory reports
• Communicates basic observations regarding data and/or experimental outcome
• Provides support for projects assigned by the Engineers and/or Supervisor
• Assists in maintaining project timelines
• Employs basic problem-solving skillsets to overcome project bottlenecks and maintain project deliverable dates
• Programming of robots, comfortable with a variety of curing and dispensing equipment
• Reports laboratory results and methods according to accepted company standards

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Chemistry, material science, or a related science field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Ability to gather, understand, and interpret chemical, physical, and mechanical data
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other team members in product development programs
