We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students with speech, language, and communication needs. Clinical Fellowship candidates may be considered. The SLP will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services, working closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that individualized goals are met.

Setting: Elementary School
Location: In-person, Boulder County, Colorado
End Date: May 22, 2026
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students referred for services
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals related to speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with IDEA requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
- Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist state license (required)
- Special Service Provider (SSP) certification (required)
- Clinical Fellowship candidates welcome
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
