Position Summary:
Abundant Solutions- Claremore is seeking experienced Pipe Fitters to join our team. This role involves fitting and assembling structural components according to blueprints and specifications while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Job Description
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Fit and assemble structural steel components for air cooler units
- Lay out, position, and secure parts prior to welding
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
- Verify dimensions and ensure proper alignment of components
- Collaborate with welders and fabrication team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
- 2+ years of structural fitting or fabrication experience
- Experience with heavy industrial equipment (preferred)
- Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
- Proficient with measuring tools (tape measure, square, level, etc.)
- Knowledge of welding symbols and fit-up techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of standing, bending, and working for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and shop conditions
Weld Test required:3/8” 2g; Mig all the way out, UT and X-ray
