A prestigious, physician-owned aesthetic practice with multiple locations is seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize operations across its high-end surgical and nonsurgical clinics. The practice caters to a discerning clientele—including high-net-worth individuals and high-profile patients—and is renowned for delivering exceptional outcomes in a luxurious, confidential setting.

As COO, you will serve as a vital partner to the Owner/Founder—translating vision into results, building scalable infrastructure, and leading a high-performing, service-driven team. Ideal candidates will bring operational excellence, leadership maturity, and deep experience within healthcare, aesthetics, or surgical environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead daily operations across all practice locations, ensuring excellence in patient care, operational consistency, and team accountability.

•Serve as a strategic advisor to the Owner/Founder, delivering high-level insights, dashboards, and reporting to support key decision-making.

•Oversee HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and compliance initiatives.

•Drive business development and patient acquisition by supporting high-performing sales and call center teams aligned with marketing strategy.

•Implement and monitor KPIs to track performance, productivity, profitability, and patient satisfaction.

•Provide strategic oversight of the sales team, including patient care consultants and coordinators, ensuring alignment with revenue goals, service standards, and conversion rates.

•Direct IT and cybersecurity oversight to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and vendor reliability.

•Optimize practice systems such as scheduling, workflows, inventory management, and vendor relationships.

•Lead strategic growth initiatives including service line expansion, new site launches, and technology integration.

•Foster meaningful relationships with referral partners, vendors, and high value

clients while upholding the practice’s elite brand.

•Champion internal communication and company culture across departments and locations.

Qualifications

•10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior-level operations in healthcare, aesthetics, or surgical settings.

•Experience leading teams in luxury, client-facing service environments—preferably catering to high-net-worth or VIP clientele.

•Proven success in business development, operational growth, and performance optimization.

•Proven ability to lead and optimize sales functions, including oversight of patient care consultants and coordinators, with a focus on driving conversion rates, service excellence, and revenue growth
