We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Full-Time Paraprofessional to provide essential "push-in" support for our virtual special education classroom in the Madison, NE area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make an immediate impact on a small caseload of students.

Caseload: Push-in services for a virtual special education classroom with a few students exhibiting mild behaviors.

Compensation: Competitive pay rate of $20 - $25 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct "push-in" academic and behavioral support to students in a virtual special education setting.

Assist the virtual classroom teacher with instructional and administrative tasks.

Help maintain an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Support students in managing mild behaviors and staying focused on learning.
Special Requirements/Qualifications: To be considered for this Paraprofessional position, you must meet one of the following criteria:

Have completed at least 12 semester hours of undergraduate or graduate credit in child development or early childhood education.

Have a passing score on the ParaPro assessment (score of 456 or higher).
