Job Description

We are hiring a Travel CVOR Certified Surgical Tech for a 13-week assignment. This is a great opportunity to work with a high-performing surgical team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Assist surgeons during CVOR procedures, including CABG, ECMO, AVR, and MVR
Prepare and maintain sterile fields throughout surgeries
Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure smooth workflow
Support room setup and turnover between cases
Float to General OR when CVOR volume is low

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of CST experience
CVOR experience required
Ability to take call shifts (approx. 14/month)
Flexibility to float within scope

Qualifications

NBSTSA certification required
BLS certification required
First-time travelers accepted
Pending license accepted (manager discretion)

Skills

Strong knowledge of cardiac surgical procedures
Excellent sterile technique and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Benefits
