A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive inbound lead generation and build the systems that support it.
This role focuses on SEO, paid search, CRM management, and automation, with a strong emphasis on execution and measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Execute SEO strategy (technical and content alignment)
- Improve website traffic and conversion rates
- Own CRM workflows, lead tracking, and pipeline visibility
- Build automations and integrations (e.g., Zapier or similar)
- Implement chatbot and automated lead response systems
- Monitor and report on performance (leads, CPL, ROI)
- Continuously test and improve campaigns
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, or performance marketing
- Strong experience with Google Ads and keyword strategy
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
- Experience with automation tools and integrations
- Data-driven and results-oriented
- Strong organizational and execution skills
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, systems, and results. The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership of lead generation and continuously improve performance.
