A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive inbound lead generation and build the systems that support it.

This role focuses on SEO, paid search, CRM management, and automation, with a strong emphasis on execution and measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Execute SEO strategy (technical and content alignment)
  • Improve website traffic and conversion rates
  • Own CRM workflows, lead tracking, and pipeline visibility
  • Build automations and integrations (e.g., Zapier or similar)
  • Implement chatbot and automated lead response systems
  • Monitor and report on performance (leads, CPL, ROI)
  • Continuously test and improve campaigns

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, or performance marketing
  • Strong experience with Google Ads and keyword strategy
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
  • Experience with automation tools and integrations
  • Data-driven and results-oriented
  • Strong organizational and execution skills

This is a hands-on role focused on execution, systems, and results. The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership of lead generation and continuously improve performance.
