Pediatric Dental OKC is looking for a dependable and upbeat Patient Coordinator to be the smiling face that welcomes our young patients and their families! Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and families warmly in person and by phone
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Handle insurance verifications and patient billing
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with check-in/check-out
• Coordinate communication between patients and clinical team
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor

Qualifications:

• Experience in a dental or medical front office setting (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix or Eaglesoft) is a plus
