Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time, in-person Occupational Therapist position is available for a short-term substitute role covering a leave from February to March. This role serves the K-12 student population, providing specialized occupational therapy services within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to students educational needs.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with educational and therapeutic standards.
Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate diverse student abilities and challenges.
Participate in team meetings and individual education program (IEP) development as required.

Desired Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience working in K-12 educational settings.
Strong understanding of educational goals and how therapy supports academic and developmental progress.
Ability to work effectively in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication skills for interactions with students, staff, and families.
