Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time, in-person Occupational Therapist position is available for a short-term substitute role covering a leave from February to March. This role serves the K-12 student population, providing specialized occupational therapy services within a school setting.
Location: Carnation, WA
Duration: Short-term contract (February to March)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to students educational needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with educational and therapeutic standards.
- Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate diverse student abilities and challenges.
- Participate in team meetings and individual education program (IEP) development as required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience working in K-12 educational settings.
- Strong understanding of educational goals and how therapy supports academic and developmental progress.
- Ability to work effectively in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills for interactions with students, staff, and families.
