Pay Rate-$21/hour Bilingual candidates-$21.50
Location-Onsite-Alpharetta, GA
Hours-8am-5pm or 11am-8pm
- Job Duties
- Auto-Dialer Collections – make outbound/receive inbound calls on accounts that are anywhere between 5-29 day past due and assist customers with bringing their accounts current (approximately 200+ phone calls daily)
- Identify root cause of customer delinquency and generate effective solutions for AHFC and customer using negotiation skills and by educating the customer. (unforeseen circumstances)
- Effectively contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores (meet qualitative objectives)
- Become a productive member of the department (meet quantitative objectives)
- Maintain enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Adhere to appropriate compliance policies and procedures
Requirements:
MUST have a Bachelors Degree
- Excellent Verbal Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring easy understanding by customers.
- Multitasking Skills: Must be capable of talking and typing simultaneously.
- Customer Service Orientation: A focus on providing exceptional service to customers.
- Strong Phone Skills: Proficiency in handling phone-based interactions.
- Self-Starter Attitude: Demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of tasks.
- Self-Awareness: Recognizes personal strengths and areas for improvement.
- Adaptability to Feedback and Change: Open to receiving feedback and adaptable to changes in processes.
- Proactive Learning: Willingness to learn and stay updated on relevant information
- Preferred Qualification: A 4-year college degree.
