Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Sleep Facilities, Clinics, etc., to promote referral capabilities and convert existing and new business opportunities within VieMed (may or may not include Parachute).
- Works with internal and customer office staffs to ensure VieMed onboarding procedures, referral completion process, and appropriate education to system navigation as well as patient identification as needed.
- Exhibits effective written and verbal communication skills. Adheres to cost-containment policies and procedures.
- Works with clinical, managerial and sales staff members to promote and market sleep diagnostic and therapeutic services to all referral sources while enhancing VieMed knowledge base and utilization to existing and new accounts (may or may not include Parachute).
- Prepare a variety of status reports - including activity, productivity, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Communicate new products and service opportunities through VieMed, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate referral source staff (may or may not include Parachute).
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts as needed.
- Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to schedule and close sales (may or may not include Parachute).
- Developing/implementing referral-to-VieMed processes for new partnerships and business models (Sleep Consultations, FQHCs, customized Target Account protocols).
- EMR metrics/report “Dashboard” enhancements to track referral-to-VieMed productivity with Analytics Team.
- Internal/External education on referral process improvement with sales/operations leadership team, providers, and business office.
- Works directly with the sales/operations leadership team for optimal patient and referral communications about orders and escalation of issues.
- Directly assist patients and referrals with referral-to-Viemed order issues and concerns.
- Execute and report to leadership the weekly referral KPIs/Pipeline Target updates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to interact knowledgeably with patients, physicians, etc.
