Occupational Therapist - The Woodlands, TX (Accepting New Grads)
Shift Schedule: Day/Night (Flexible Scheduling)
Job Types: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
· Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs, IADLs, mobility, and functional independence.
· Provide occupational therapy services across home health and outpatient settings as applicable.
· Work with diverse populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals with developmental delays or disabilities.
· Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning.
Qualifications:
· Valid state Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
· Experience in outpatient, home health, pediatrics, or geriatrics preferred.
· Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
· Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual patient needs.
