We are recruiting for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager. This role requires a self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, primarily along the 99 corridor in Houston. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from scheduling and logistics to budget management and quality control, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial scheduling to final close-out, ensuring all phases are completed efficiently and to high standards.

On-site Coordination: Arrive on the job site daily between 7:00 and 7:30 a.m. to ensure contractors and subcontractors are present, coordinate their activities, and confirm timely project progression.

Logistics & Administration: Proactively manage project logistics, including tracking material orders with long lead times, ensuring necessary permits are pulled, and handling all administrative tasks and documentation.

Blueprint & Site Plan Analysis: Read and interpret blueprints and site plans to ensure accurate project execution and identify potential issues.

Budget Management: Monitor project costs, track expenses against the budget per line item, and manage change orders effectively.

Scheduling & Deadlines: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, paying close attention to deadlines and proactively addressing any potential delays.

Quality & Safety: Ensure all work adheres to quality standards and safety regulations on every job site.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Science preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Requires experience with project management software, specifically Procore or BuilderTrend.

Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of project costs, budgeting, and the ability to create and execute change orders.

Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work at a fast pace. The ability to manage a high volume of projects is essential.
