Responsibilities:
• Develop and write detailed grant proposals tailored to specific funding opportunities and requirements.
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential funding sources, including government agencies, foundations, and private organizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and data for proposal development.
• Ensure all proposals comply with submission guidelines and deadlines.
• Edit and revise proposals to enhance clarity, impact, and alignment with funder priorities.
• Track and monitor the status of submitted proposals and follow up as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of grants, deadlines, and submission requirements.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve fundraising strategies and proposal success rates.
• Stay informed about trends and best practices in grant writing and funding opportunities.
• Assist in the development of reports and documentation required by funders.• Proven experience in grant writing, with a successful track record in securing funding.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong research skills to identify and evaluate funding opportunities.
• Familiarity with grant submission processes, including RFPs and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Knowledge of non-profit operations and funding landscapes is preferred.
