Post Acute Care Physician / Primary Care Physician - Orono, ME

Job Description

Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings.

• Deliver face-to-face primary care services and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Participate in educational sessions and clinical outcomes reviews.
• Support facility partners by improving clinical, cultural, and financial performance through a structured care model.




Qualities required include current medical licensure, D.E.A. certification, and board eligibility or certification. This full-time role offers a competitive salary up to $300,000, incentive pay, and benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, CME, and professional liability coverage.
