Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mold machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Follow strict clean room protocols to maintain a contamination-free environment.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of operations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a clean room or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
