Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Thursday, 5:30 AM – 3:45 PM
Pay: Starting at $20+/hr, commensurate with experience

Position Overview
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the manufacturing process—beginning with raw materials and continuing through to the final product. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will help uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine visual inspections and perform specialized tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Utilize inspection techniques including dye penetrants, binders, catalysts, washes, and pressure soap tests to verify product integrity.
- Perform final inspections of castings before shipment, ensuring products meet company standards.
- Accurately compare inspection results with established quality benchmarks and document findings.
- Maintain detailed logs, charts, and records of inspection data, quality levels, and test results.
- Evaluate castings within the welding rack and perform evaluations as needed.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to confirm product compliance.
- Communicate inspection results effectively to supervisors and production teams.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inspection procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with a thorough approach to quality assurance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting.
- Excellent visual assessment capabilities.
- Competency in basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across various measurement units.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering prints and technical documents.
- Experience with casting inspection and welding evaluations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
