Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient, Primary Care
A reputable, growing ambulatory health network is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient team. - Outpatient Only – no inpatient rounding
- Streamlined, physician-friendly referral network
- Strong clinical support and autonomy in clinical decision-making

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Conduct annual physicals, preventive visits, chronic disease management, and acute care visits
- Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health, and ancillary services
- Engage in population health initiatives and community-centered programs
- Practice in a primary location with occasional coverage at nearby network sites

Schedule & Workload
- Monday–Friday, Days
- 1 Saturday shift per month (with a weekday off that week)
- 2 evening shifts per month
- No after-hours call
- No inpatient responsibilities
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active NY medical license (IMLC accepted)
- ACLS certification
- Strong interest in outpatient, community-based primary care
