Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our team in City of Industry, California. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:
• Conduct accurate and timely reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts.
• Monitor lease accounting activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and accurate data entry.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes for asset management efficiency and accuracy.
• Establish and maintain proper accounting practices for inventory reporting and management.
• Lead month-end closing activities and prepare consolidated reports for group-level review.
• Collaborate across teams to bridge gaps between systems and general ledgers, enhancing transparency and reporting.
• Support the preparation and execution of financial audits, both internal and external.
• Document, improve, and manage accounting workflows and processes.
• Develop and deliver monthly financial close reports, including flux analysis and planning cycle updates.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and handle special projects to support organizational goals.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

• Proficiency in balance sheet account reconciliation and bank account reconciliation.

• Skilled in preparing and adjusting journal entries.

• Experience with cash reconciliations and revenue analysis.

• Knowledge of inventory reconciliation and reporting processes.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning models.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to partner with cross-functional teams.
