Key Responsibilities
- Work Monday to Friday with 10-hour shifts, including night call duties.
- Manage a patient load of 20-30 individuals per shift.
- Conduct outpatient clinic visits and inpatient consultations.
- Perform ERCP, EUS, colonoscopy, and upper endoscopy procedures as required.
- Respond to beeper calls within a 30-minute timeframe.
- Handle an average of 2+ callbacks weekly.
- Oversee GI lab procedures following scheduled colonoscopies.
- Provide light call coverage through the emergency department for GI bleeds.
