Calling all accounting rockstars! We're searching for a dynamic, growth-oriented leader to oversee our internal accounting operations and Client Accounting Services (CAS). What You'll Do:
Unleash Your Inner MRI Maestro: You'll be our lead MRI administrator, masterminding entity setup, MICR configuration, and monthly/yearly closings.
Be the Guardian of Financial Integrity: As the "final line of defense," you'll rigorously review the general ledger, squash errors, and ensure pristine financial records.
Lead Our Accounting Elite: Coach, mentor, and supervise our AP/AR staff, ensuring they're performing at peak efficiency and accuracy.
Conquer Compliance Challenges: Navigate LLC formations, track filings, and manage Delaware tax requirements like a true compliance superhero.
Mastermind Financial Reporting: Certify reports, adhere to covenants, and provide insightful financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
Optimize Property Performance: Oversay annual budget books, review management statements, and tackle real estate tax escalations and operating charges with finesse.
Build Strong Alliances: Coordinate with external accountants, prepare workpapers, and handle tax notices like a seasoned diplomatic mission.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
MRI Wizardry: You possess advanced, hands-on proficiency in MRI. It's not just a skill; it's your superpower!
Technical Savvy: LLC structures, Certiorari filings, and 1099 processing are child's play to you.
Regulatory Expertise: Non-resident withholding and ESCO contracts? No problem. You've got this!
Proven Track Record: With 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, you've earned your stripes.
Educational Excellence: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) provides the solid foundation for your superhero status.
