Job DescriptionReceiving Clerk | Pack-Out Clerk1st shift Long-Term Temporary $14.50 - $15.50/hr
Receiving Clerk ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Unloads, verifies, and signs for deliveries.
- Ensures the delivered material has proper appointment times.
- Compares delivered material with invoices and packaging lists to ensure they match.
- Performs daily 5S’s.
- Reports any damaged material that got delivered to the suppliers through Smartsheet.
- Organizing and storing received items in appropriate areas.
- Ensure no damaged boxes and/or items are stored as Finished Goods material.
- Other tasks can be added to your position’s daily responsibilities based on the company’s operational needs.
- DESCRIPTION: The Receiving Clerk is responsible of unloading and unpacking delivery shipments by verifying and signing for shipments. Compares packing lists to purchase orders, ensuring accurate deliveries, as well as organizing and storing delivered material. Also responsible to report any damaged material on arrival.
Pack-Out Clerk ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately auditing boxes matching Document Number, (DN), Sales Order (SO), and Booking Number, ensuring all information is correct.
- Support Operations as needed- dictated by management
- Able to multi-task.
- Segregating Pallets as needed, ensuring counts are correct prior to loading.
- Ability to push, pull up to 75lbs.
- Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Other tasks can be added to this position’s daily responsibilities based on the company’s operational needs.
- DESCRIPTION: The Pack-Out Clerk is responsible for the auditing and handling of all products shipped via carrier. Strong attention to detail skills, as well as superb organizational skills are vital. Knowledge of Shipping practices preferred. Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills are essential and must be able to juggle multiple tasks at a fast pace.
