Career Staffing Talent (CST) has partnered with a growing, national fire protection platform to recruit a Sprinkler Fitter for the DC metro area.
This is a new installation role — not a patchwork service seat. You’ll be working on commercial, industrial, and residential projects with a steady pipeline and strong operational leadership.
If you’re a hands-on fitter who takes pride in clean installs and code-compliant work, this is worth a conversation.
Most importantly, you will have an excellent GM.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
???? Install fire sprinkler systems across commercial, industrial, and residential projects (primary focus)
????️ Handle service, repair, and maintenance work as needed
???? Read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, and fire protection drawings
???? Work across wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems
⚙️ Cut, thread, groove pipe; install hangers, supports, and system components
???? Perform testing and inspections
???? Work independently and with crews; support and mentor apprentices on-site

???? What We’re Looking For
✔️ 4+ years of sprinkler fitter experience (strong install background required)
✔️ Strong skills in threading, grooving, brazing, and pipe fitting
✔️ Ability to read and execute from construction drawings
➕ NICET I or II (Water-Based Systems) is a plus
???? Valid driver’s license
???? Ability to work at heights, in tight spaces, and lift 50 lbs
✅ Must pass background check and drug screening
