Job Description

We recently began producing a line of breaded, frozen vegetables, and we're looking for an EXPERIENCED supervisor to head up production.

Major duties will be as follows:

Lead production on the processing line
Assign people to various production duties, and insure an efficient production process
Assure that our customers' orders are produced in a quality, timely fashion, according to their specs.
Assure that inventory is used according to plan
Make sure that all work is entered in our software system
Suggest needs and improvements to management, to improve the efficiency of the line

Skills needed/Other requirements:

3-5 successful leadership experience in a food production environment
Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is a plus
Generally, this would be a 5-day work week, which could range from 45-55 hours, depending on order volume
