Job Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to support AP processing and perform various administrative functions. This role is essential in maintaining efficient financial operations and ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts payable tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support in accounts payable processing.
  • Perform administrative functions related to financial operations.
  • Generate reports and conduct financial analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Utilize Excel functions such as vlookup and pivot tables for data analysis.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and report generation.
  • Experience with accounts payable processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and departments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to provide administrative support efficiently.
  • Exposure to financial data management and analysis.

Work Environment

This is an in-office position, requiring attendance from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, for a period of 9 months. The role involves working closely with three other individuals and interacting with various departments daily. The position offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable exposure in a dynamic work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Barbara, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
