Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and promoting our staffing services. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive on meeting goals, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to promote Express services
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to match clients with qualified candidates
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through business development efforts
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience (staffing, B2B sales, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits
