Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Makes daily rounds on the unit in order to observe and evaluate physical and emotional status of nursing residents</li>
<li>Provides comprehensive oversight to unit staff to assure nursing care is proved according to physician's order's.</li>
<li>Analyzes and evaluates nursing staff needs as well as determines staffing requirements</li>
<li>Assesses the needs of each resident, and implements the Resident Interim Care Plan</li>
<li>Provides daily input to the Unit Manager for development of the resident care plan</li>
<li>Performs generalized Charge Nurse duties</li>
</ul>
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) skills and requirements:
<ul>
<li>Valid LPN license</li>
<li>Excellent bedside manner and communication skills</li>
<li>Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations</li>
</ul>
Per Diem
Varied hours
$32 - $34 per hour
