Position Summary:

Prestige Trucking Insurance is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role is responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and partner channels while ensuring brand consistency and message alignment. The Marketing Specialist works closely with leadership, sales, and external vendors to support marketing strategy, track performance metrics, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, marketing execution experience, and a proactive, data-informed mindset.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, website, and print channels
  • Assist in creating, editing, and managing marketing content, including advertisements, brochures, email campaigns, website updates, and social media posts
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with sales, operations, and leadership to support growth objectives
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics such as leads, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage and update customer and prospect lists, CRM data, and marketing databases as needed
  • Assist with vendor coordination, including designers, printers, agencies, and digital marketing partners
  • Support event marketing efforts, including trade shows, industry events, and sponsorships
  • Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign documentation
  • Support website management activities, including content updates and basic SEO optimizations
  • Ensure compliance with advertising regulations, insurance marketing guidelines, and company policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, efficiency, and performance through data, automation, and feedback

Minimum Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role

• Experience supporting and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, social media, print)

• Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO principles

• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and edit clear, professional marketing content

• Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms, including social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic analytics

• Experience in Search Engine Optimization for websites

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and brand consistency

• Ability to analyze basic marketing performance metrics and contribute to reporting and insights

• Professional demeanor with the ability to handle company and customer information confidentially

Preferred

• Experience in the insurance industry, preferably trucking or commercial insurance

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and marketing automation tools

• Experience supporting lead generation campaigns, sales enablement materials, or event marketing

• Experience in AEO, automation, and leveraging AI to improve marketing outcomes

• Understanding of advertising compliance, regulatory considerations, or industry-specific marketing guidelines

• Demonstrated experience improving marketing processes, workflows, or campaign effectiveness through data and feedback

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Office-based with standard business hours
  • Occasional extended hours during campaign launches, events, or peak marketing periods
  • Limited travel may be required for industry events, trade shows, or vendor meetings


Standard business hours are from 9am-6pm.
