We’re currently seeking an experienced and motivated Equipment Operator to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
As an Equipment Operator at Triangle Drainage & Hardscape, you will play a key role in operating machinery such as skid steers and mini-excavators for various construction and drainage projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment, completing projects on time, and maintaining site organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steers, mini-excavators, and other heavy machinery on various job sites.

• Assist with excavation, grading, trenching, and other landscape and drainage tasks.

• Ensure machinery is properly maintained and cleaned.

• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.

• Work closely with team members and site supervisors to complete projects efficiently.

• Inspect equipment for safety and mechanical issues before and after use.

• Assist with site prep, moving materials, and clearing obstacles when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating skid steers, mini-excavators, or similar heavy equipment.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).

• Strong knowledge of safety practices and equipment maintenance.

• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor as needed.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in all weather conditions and a team-oriented environment.

• Experience in drainage or hardscaping projects is a plus.
