Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and motivated Skilled Laborers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in construction or related trades who take pride in quality workmanship and can work efficiently under the direction of a foreman or supervisor. Our skilled laborers play a critical role in supporting a variety of tasks on job sites to keep projects moving forward safely and on schedule.
Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of construction-related tasks including site prep, demolition, cleanup, and material handling

Use hand and power tools such as saws, drills, jackhammers, and levels
-
Assist in framing, concrete work, excavation, grading, or installation of structures and systems

Operate small equipment such as skid steers, compactors as needed

Load and unload materials and tools from trucks or storage areas

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized job site

Assist tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, equipment operators) as directed

Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in general construction or a skilled trade

Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or construction plans is a plus

Comfortable working in outdoor environments and in physically demanding conditions

Experience with tools, machinery, or construction equipment preferred

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus
