Key Qualifications:
- Valid teaching credential in Special Education

- Ability to implement differentiated instructional strategies tailored to student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized instructional plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Adapt curriculum materials and teaching methods to acmodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure consistent student progress and well-being
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and participate in team meetings and parent conferences
- Foster a supportive and safe classroom environment that promotes student engagement and development
