About the Van Driver Role:
As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from appointments, medical facilities, and other destinations. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient care. Our ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety and customer service, with the ability to navigate through traffic and handle unexpected situations with professionalism and poise.
Van Driver Responsibilities:

Safely transport patients to and from appointments, medical facilities, and other destinations

Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including manifests and pick-up/drop-off logs

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure smooth transportation processes

Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and well-being

Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure vehicle safety

Adhere to Premier Washington's policies and procedures regarding patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Van Driver Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility impairments

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
