Job Description

TOD Workforce Solutions is creating an evergreen healthcare talent network posting for qualified healthcare professionals who are interested in future PRN, per diem, temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct-hire assignments across Atlanta and the Metro Atlanta area. TOD Workforce Solutions is the workforce staffing division and d/b/a of Teachers On Demand, Inc. Candidates applying to this posting are applying for consideration for upcoming healthcare staffing opportunities with TOD Workforce Solutions in Georgia.

We are accepting candidates for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), and Medical Assistant (MA) opportunities.

Candidates may be considered for assignments in nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, personal care homes, rehabilitation/post-acute facilities, outpatient clinics, specialty practices, urgent care centers, and other approved healthcare settings.

In these roles, candidates will provide professional, dependable, and compassionate support in healthcare settings; follow client-site policies and TOD Workforce Solutions expectations; work within the appropriate scope of practice for their role, license, or certification; maintain patient/resident confidentiality and HIPAA expectations; follow infection control and safety procedures; communicate promptly about scheduling and attendance; and complete required documentation, reporting, onboarding, credentialing, and training before assignment.

This is an evergreen talent network posting and does not guarantee immediate placement, specific shifts, or guaranteed hours. Assignments depend on client needs, qualifications, credentialing requirements, availability, and assignment fit.

Requirements

Must-haves include role-appropriate credentials and experience. CNA candidates should have active CNA certification or registry status where required.

LPN candidates must hold either an active Georgia LPN license or an active multistate LPN compact license that authorizes practice in Georgia.

RN candidates must hold either an active Georgia RN license or an active multistate RN compact license that authorizes practice in Georgia. Medical Assistant candidates should have Medical Assistant training, certification, or relevant clinical experience. License and certification status will be verified before assignment.

Candidates should have recent hands-on patient, resident, or clinical support experience, along with reliable attendance in healthcare or other client-facing work. A strong fit will be professional, patient-focused, flexible, and comfortable following facility policies, care plans, supervisor direction, and role-specific scope of practice.

Candidates should have experience documenting care, services, vitals, or clinical notes as required by role, and be able to use basic healthcare documentation systems while following client-site technology, privacy, HIPAA, and documentation rules. For MA, LPN, and RN opportunities, basic familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is expected. Candidates must also be able to use a smartphone for scheduling, communication, and timekeeping, with consistent access to email, text messages, and phone calls.

Candidates must be willing to complete required screening, credentialing, onboarding, and training before placement, which may include background screening, drug screening, TB screening, CPR/BLS documentation if required, license or certification verification, professional references, skills checklists, TOD Workforce Solutions training, and client-specific orientation requirements. Candidates must also be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and willing to provide required credential documentation before assignment.

Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently, communicate clearly with patients, residents, families, facility staff, supervisors, and TOD Workforce Solutions, and understand assignment instructions, facility policies, safety procedures, documentation requirements, and training materials.

Candidates must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, respond promptly to patient or resident needs and facility instructions, assist with patient or resident care tasks as appropriate by role, and stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout assigned shifts. They should also be able to lift, push, pull, or transfer patients or residents with proper assistance or equipment as required.

Candidates must be able to work on-site, have reliable transportation to assigned facilities, and be ready to clearly state which counties within Metro Atlanta they are willing to work in, as well as their preferred shifts, days available, and required advance notice before accepting an assignment.

Experience in medication administration or wound care support, where allowed by role or licensure, is required. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, personal care, memory care, rehabilitation, post-acute care, outpatient clinics, specialty practices, or urgent care centers is preferred. Experience with infection control and PPE procedures, dementia, memory care, behavioral needs, ADLs, transfers, mobility support, fall prevention, and PRN, agency, float pool, or temporary assignments is also valued.

Current CPR/BLS certification is a plus. Current TB screening, or willingness to complete one before assignment, is a plus. Weekend availability, evening or night shift availability, same-week or short-notice availability, and bilingual ability are also a plus.
