Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to promote the company's pharmaceutical products.
Product Knowledge: Educate clients on the benefits and features of our pharmaceutical products to ensure informed decision-making.
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives in the assigned territory.
Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer behaviors to identify new selling opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for sales growth.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or the healthcare industry is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals.
