About the Role

We’re looking for an upbeat, reliable, and service-driven professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Minneapolis area.

This is more than just a photography job—you’ll be the face of our brand in the field. You’ll work directly with real estate agents and homeowners, capture high-quality listing media, and deliver a polished, white-glove client experience every time.

No prior professional photography experience? No problem. We value your personality, reliability, and ability to connect with people above all else.

Schedule & Availability

• Weekday daytime availability (9 AM–5 PM)
• Approximately 10 hours per week
• Travel required throughout the Minneapolis area
• Occasional appointments up to 2 hours away (one way)
• Flexible schedule with strong emphasis on reliability
• Mileage reimbursement provided between appointments

What You’ll Do

• Travel to residential properties for scheduled shoots
• Capture interior and exterior listing media using a structured shot list
• Represent our brand professionally with clients
• Deliver a friendly, high-level customer experience
• Communicate clearly and confidently on-site
• Upload media after each shoot (no editing required)
• Stay organized and consistent across appointments

Compensation & Growth

• Paid training: $17/hour
• Standard shoots: $20 per unit (≈ 60 minutes on-site)
• Drone-certified shoots: $25/hour
• Video & add-ons: Variable based on project
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.30/mile (between appointments)
