Job DescriptionShuttle / Bus Driver (Seasonal)
Location: Anchorage, AK (Ted Stevens International Airport area)
Pay: $25.00–$26.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Seasonal (May–August) | Set schedules available
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM or 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Thursday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM or 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
TDL Staffing is seeking dependable Shuttle/Bus Drivers to support seasonal transportation operations in Anchorage. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable driving passengers, enjoy working independently, and can provide a safe and professional experience for riders.In this position, you’ll be responsible for transporting individuals between the airport, lodging, and other designated locations. The right candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and able to manage their time effectively while working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Safely transport passengers between airport, hotels, and designated locations
- Operate a company vehicle (up to a 10-passenger van)
- Assist with loading and unloading passenger luggage as needed
- Follow assigned routes and schedules while adapting to changing needs
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Communicate with team members regarding schedules, delays, or issues
- Provide professional and courteous service to all passengers
What We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are important, along with the ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day.Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus, but not required.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record required
- Ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle (up to a 10-passenger van)
- Ability to lift and handle luggage as needed
- Background screening is a part of the hiring process for this position
