Compensation and Mileage

Van/Reefer: Earn between $0.54 and $0.64 per mile

Weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,900 (annual salary of $70,000 - $100,000)

Average weekly miles can reach up to 3,000+

Compensation for pickups, drops, detention, and layovers

Eligibility for an additional 5.5 CPM for adhering to safety standards

Home Time and Routes

Home weekly for two consecutive nights (if desired)

Van/Reefer: No-touch freight

Driver Qualifications

Must possess a valid CDL Class A license
-
At least six months of experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed). No Flatbed experience? Training is available.

Consistent work history (no more than two employers per year)

Driving record requirements:

No more than four minor violations in the past three years
-
No more than one preventable accident in the past three years
-
No DUI or SAP convictions in the last three years
