Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage executive team schedules, including meetings and calendar updates.

• Organize monthly and quarterly team events, ensuring smooth logistics and communication.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

• Oversee company credit card usage by tracking expenses and maintaining limits.

• Act as a key point of contact for employees requiring administrative assistance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage shifting priorities and support organizational goals.

• Assist with onboarding and cross-training processes to ensure seamless transitions.

• Maintain effective communication with senior leadership and executive teams.

• Support internal teams with administrative tasks and office-related needs

• Proven experience in mid-level administrative roles, showcasing organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook for scheduling and communication.
• Familiarity with Excel for basic tracking and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with executives and diverse teams.
• Adaptability and resourcefulness to handle changing priorities.
• Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in administrative assistance, data entry, or receptionist duties.
