Payrate: $18.00/hr
Must Have: Call Center Exp and understanding of Medical Terms
Work Location : 2nd Floor, 3801 Main Street, Dallas, TX 75246
Job1 : Shift Time: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM. Work Week: Thursday- Monday
Job2: Shift Time: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Work Week: Sunday - Thursday
JD:
Provide administrative, customer service, and dispatch support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Answer and route phone calls, document and dispatch work requests, monitor security/environmental alarms and CCTV, coordinate patient transporter workflow, and assist with special projects. Deliver professional customer service while supporting daily operations and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route internal and external calls.
- Document and dispatch work requests.
- Monitor alarms, gates, doors, parking intercoms, and CCTV.
- Support patient transport coordination.
- Assist with departmental projects and process improvements.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.
Required Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of administrative support or customer service experience.
- Healthcare, call center, or dispatch experience preferred.
